BEMS Service & Commissioning Engineer

£40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Progression + Days Based + Company Car + Excellent Benefits

North West Patch (Ideally Located: Manchester, Liverpool, Blackpool, Blackburn, Huddersfield)

Are you an Engineer with experience of servicing and commissioning BEM systems, looking to elevate your knowledge and skills within a well-established and rapidly growing company?

This is an exciting and varied field-based role where you will be responsible for the commissioning and servicing of new/already existing BEM systems, carrying out surveys, creating reports, documenting carried out work and participating in instruction and supervision of Junior Engineers.

This role would suit a time served Service and Commissioning Engineer who is looking for a company who can support their personal and professional development/growth.

The Role:

• Field-based installing and servicing BMS Panels.
• North West patch, with occasional further travel/overnight stays.
• Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours.

The Person:

• Knowledge of BEM systems and conventional controls.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
