Job Description

The candidate must be thoroughly familiar with all Mövenpick corporate and local Operational Standards and ensure they are followed. Responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage and parking upon arrival and departure, according to hotel standards, under the supervision of the Bell Captain, to ensure guest satisfaction. Key duties include:

  1. Review and update the Logbook.
  2. Check equipment regularly.
  3. Maintain a smart, well-groomed appearance and a friendly, cheerful disposition at all times.
  4. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department.
  5. Report regularly on departmental activities to managers.
  6. Be aware of fire safety and first aid procedures.
  7. Handle guest complaints and report to the manager.
  8. Be knowledgeable about all hotel facilities and daily activities.
  9. Attend scheduled training sessions.
  10. Show cooperation and respect within the team and other departments.
Qualifications
  • Valid driving license.
Additional Information
  • Internal: Collaborate harmoniously with all hotel employees, adhere to rules, and provide the best service within the scope of the job.
  • External: Interact with guests, suppliers, and partners.
  • Materials: All machinery and equipment at the Front Office.
