Ercall Wood Academy is recruiting for a permanent teaching/support role within The Learning Community Trust. The successful candidate will join a dedicated pastoral team and support a small cohort of students to achieve academic success, aligned with the school’s values.

The role offers continued professional development, DBS requirements, and safeguarding commitments as part of a supportive educational environment in Telford.

Salary Range: Scale 3 Point 5 – 6 Actual Salary £21,104 - £21,443

Working hours: 34.5 hours per week, term time + 5 Days

Contract: Permanent

Ercall Wood Academy is looking to appoint a candidate who is passionate about the value of education and is committed to making a positive difference to our community.
