Job summary

Ercall Wood Academy, part of the Learning Community Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join our pastoral team. The role offers a permanent contract, a start date as soon as possible, and a salary in the £21,104–£21,443 range.

You will work 34.5 hours per week (term time plus 5 days) and play a key role supporting a small cohort of students, promoting the values of Empower, Respect and Aspire, with extensive professional development provided.
