Job summary

Long Term Futures Ltd is seeking a Behavioural Teaching Assistant for an Alternative Provision Secondary School in Chesterfield. The role involves working with pupils aged 4-16 who have behavioural needs in a supportive, structured environment.

You will provide tailored one-to-one and small group support, contribute to personalised learning plans, and support emotional wellbeing while collaborating with teachers, therapists and families. A driving licence is required for this position.
