Job summary

Academics is seeking a Behaviour Teaching Assistant in Reading to support pupils with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs. The role involves 1:1 and small group support to help pupils overcome barriers to learning within a nurturing environment.

You'll build positive relationships, assist with SEMH, ASD, and ADHD needs, and help implement individual strategies while working closely with teachers and SEN staff to monitor pupil progress.
