Senploy seeks a Behaviour Teaching Assistant for a Secondary PRU in Greenwich to support pupils with SEMH needs, model positive behaviour and assist with de-escalation techniques.

You will work with teachers, SENCOs and mental health professionals to provide consistency, reinforce education, and help students access learning. A psychology or criminology degree is a plus and previous experience with challenging behaviour is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience with SEMH pupils preferred.
• Degree in Psychology or Criminology preferred.
• Ability to work with teachers and mental health professionals to support learning.

Responsabilités

• Support pupils with SEMH needs and maintain a positive classroom atmosphere.
