Qualiteach Education Group Ltd is seeking a resilient Behaviour Support Assistant to work with pupils aged 11-16 in a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth. You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping students manage behaviours and remain engaged in learning.
You will implement behaviour support strategies, use de-escalation techniques, promote emotional regulation and act as a positive role model alongside teaching and pastoral staff. Immediate start and full-time contract.

Seeking a resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist SEMH setting in Wandsworth. You will work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams and the wider support team to provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils who require additional behavioural and emotional support. The role involves implementing behaviour support strategies, using de-escalation techniques, promoting emotional regulation and helping pupils remain engaged with their learning. You will act as a positive role model and help pupils develop the confidence and resilience needed to re-engage with education.
This specialist secondary provision is located in Tooting within the London Borough of Wandsworth and is within walking distance of a nearby London Underground station. The school supports pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs and provides a structured, supportive environment focused on behaviour, wellbeing and re-engagement with education.
