Academics Ltd in Chelmsford, Essex is seeking a Behaviour Support Worker for SEN and Mental Health to support students with complex needs in a mainstream school. The role is a long-term contract with potential for permanency from August 2027 and starts in November.

You will be paid weekly and join a school rated Outstanding by OFSTED. Suitable candidates include psychology or criminology graduates and experienced teaching assistants.
