We are currently working in partnership with a number of specialist schools in Rotherham to appoint committed and excellent Behaviour Support Workers.
Are you a Behaviour Support Worker that enjoys the flexibility of supply?
We support a number of SEN and SEMH provisions in Rotherham and are looking to appoint Behaviour Support Workers to support their schools and staff.
We seek individuals with experience working with challenging behaviour. We are also interested in those with a strong care and sports background seeking to transition into education. Graduates are encouraged to apply, as supply work is a great way to build experience.
Your role involves providing support, guidance, and short-term interventions to students, helping remove barriers to learning, raising self-esteem, and enhancing individual aspirations to help students reach their full potential.
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will work with individual pupils, groups, and entire classes, supporting pupils with diverse abilities alongside the Class Teacher.
Our schools offer part-time, full-time, short-term, and long-term roles.
