Job summary

Beauchamp College in Leicester is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to support the Reflection Zone and lead its development. The post holder will join a team that contributes to the pastoral function of the college and helps create a safe, nurturing environment for students. Beauchamp College, a member of the Lionheart Educational Trust, values inclusivity and professional growth for staff. The role is permanent and located on site in Leicestershire.

Qualifications

  • Support the Reflection Zone and its activities.
  • Lead in the development of the Reflection Zone to enhance student welfare.
  • Contribute to the pastoral team and college safeguarding duties.

  • Support students in the Reflection Zone and manage behaviour.
  • Lead activities and programmes to promote wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with teachers and pastoral staff to monitor student progress.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated practitioner to support the College's Reflection Zone.

This is an exciting opportunity for motivated colleagues to take on the role of Behaviour Support Worker and to lead in the development of the Reflection Zone. The post holders will be part of a team who will continue to influence and contribute to the pastoral team.
