About the role

Salary : LSEAT Harmonised 20 £25,814 actual (£30,705 FTE)

We are looking for an inspired Behaviour Mentor to support in the behaviour team. You should have a passion for supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional difficulties, be highly motivated, work well as part of a team and be committed to engaging with pupils in a positive, calm and caring way.

Welcome to the Bromley Beacon Academy. We offer Key Stage 1 to 5 provision for young people with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) Needs. We provide both boys and girls a fantastic opportunity to specialise in vocational subject areas in a. safe and happy learning environment. We aim to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and resilience that supports our students to grow into purposeful young adults also they are able to contribute to society in a positive way.
