Lightcliffe Academy in Halifax is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker to help manage pupil behaviour and support inclusion across lessons and in the wider school environment.
You will lead sessions in The Hub to enable reflective, restorative conversations, supervise detentions, and establish positive relationships with vulnerable students and families, all while supporting the Trust's Christian ethos and shared mission.
