Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one support to children with behavioural and mental health issues.
Implement and monitor individual plans in collaboration with the school's multidisciplinary team.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting emotional well-being.
Utilise effective communication skills to engage with children, parents, and fellow staff members.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience working with children with behavioural and mental health issues is beneficial
Team Teach training is desirable.
DBS check is essential (Or willing to obtain one with Randstad)
Skills and Attributes:
Empathy, patience, and the ability to build positive relationships with children.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
