Job summary

Senovo Capital Management GmbH is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for a Brent-based school. This long-term, pupil-focused role offers stable day-to-day support to learners needing consistent adult guidance.

You will build professional relationships, assist with emotional regulation, routines, and re-engagement with learning, working alongside teachers, pastoral staff and safeguarding colleagues. QTS is not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in schools, youth work, mentoring, care or behaviour support is useful.
• Calm, reliable and able to maintain clear professional boundaries.
• Good communication and thoughtful responses to challenging situations.
