Budmouth Academy Weymouth is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Officer to join the Pastoral team and promote positive attitudes to learning and strong behaviour across the academy.
You will work 40 hours per week (8:00–16:30) with a 30 minute lunch, term time only plus 5 INSET days, with a salary of £26,475, enhanced DBS checks required, and a commitment to safeguarding and staff wellbeing.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to the role of Behaviour Support Officer to join our team at Budmouth Academy Weymouth.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Pastoral team to encourage students’positive attitudes to learning and general behaviour around the Academy. The successful candidate will liaise with teaching and support staff in relation to the behaviour, attendance and progress of individuals and groups of students.
