Job summary

Qualifications

• Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check and travel within Manchester for role delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and embed a workforce practice model with specialist training and education.
• Coach staff to deliver interventions for distressed behaviours and support needs.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure access to a wide range of services and promote independence.
• Create a centre of excellence across learning disability and autism services with partners.
• Involve people supported in co-design and consultation; reflect their voices in services.
• Monitor safeguarding risks and ensure robust quality assurance and performance management.
