Job description

Axcis is seeking multiple Behaviour Support Assistants to join a well-respected special school in Salford. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build positive relationships that help to break down barriers, build self-esteem, and challenge disaffection. The school hours are 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with a September start date.

Role Details:

1. Providing care for children and vulnerable adults aged 5-11 with autism, challenging behaviour, and complex needs.
2. Positions vary from day-to-day work to long-term roles during the school term.
3. Experience in Autism, ADHD, Social Emotional Mental Health, Challenging Behaviour, Complex Needs, or Severe Learning Difficulties is preferred.
