Salary: £480 - £550 per week

We are seeking dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to join our team in specialist schools across Lambeth. These schools cater to pupils aged 3-19 years with ASD, SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health Needs), and Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities, providing them with tailored support to help them reach their full potential.
Work alongside experienced SEN professionals in a nurturing and inclusive environment
Receive specialist training to develop your skills in behaviour management and SEN support
Make a meaningful impact, helping students build essential life skills and confidence

Provide specialist support to pupils with behavioural challenges
Assist with personal care, ensuring student comfort and dignity
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a safe learning space
Support students in developing literacy, numeracy, and social skills
Act as a positive role model, fostering strong relationships and independence
Previous experience supporting children and young people with behavioural needs
Strong behaviour management skills, with expertise in ASD, SEMH, or complex needs
Willingness to assist with personal care, prioritising student well-being
Current Team Teach and First Aid certificates, or willingness to undertake training
Commitment to safeguarding, child protection, and student welfare
