Job summary

PK Education is seeking a Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistant for a full-time, long-term role at a good-rated primary school in Sheffield. You will provide focused one-to-one support for a pupil with behavioural needs, working closely with the class teacher to support learning and progression.

You will implement behavioural strategies, monitor progress, and feed back to the team. The role requires DBS disclosure and a proactive, collaborative approach within the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with pupils with behavioural difficulties and implementing strategies.
• Ability to work closely with the class teacher and senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support to a pupil to keep on track and progress academically.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
