Ideally you have experience with young people or transferable skills from roles such as youth work, teaching assistant or mentoring, and you are passionate about education and student wellbeing.

Milk Education is working with a number of secondary schools across Gateshead to recruit confident, resilient and enthusiastic Behaviour & Pastoral Support Assistants. You'll play a vital role supporting students both inside and outside the classroom, helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
As a Behaviour & Pastoral Support Assistant, you'll work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
