Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting a committed Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive team in Warrington. The role involves providing one-to-one and small group support to help pupils manage behaviour and build confidence, with tailored strategies for engagement and emotional regulation.

This is an immediate start position requiring a full UK driving licence. You will collaborate with teachers, parents and external professionals to ensure consistent support and track progress, promoting resilience

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN or additional needs.
• Strong behaviour management skills with a calm and consistent approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A patient, adaptable, and supportive attitude.
