We are looking to recruit an outstanding Behaviour Mentor to join our fantastic and enthusiastic team. We seek individuals with a passion for working in a learning environment with complex but rewarding children. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals by taking responsibility for learning activities under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities for individuals or groups, monitoring pupils, and recording and reporting on pupils' achievement, progress, and development.
The successful candidates will demonstrate an informed and efficient approach to teaching and learning by adopting relevant strategies to support the work of the teacher and increase achievement of all pupils. This includes using effective behaviour regulation strategies consistently in line with the school’s policies and procedures. We cover a wide range of schools across Cornwall and the Southwest.
