Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored behavioural support to students with SEN and SEMH needs.
Support students in developing social and emotional regulation skills.
Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff to plan and deliver interventions.
Contribute to creating a safe and positive school culture.
Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working in a SEN/SEMH environment is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Calm, empathetic, and patient demeanour.
Clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection policies.
