Hethersett Academy is recruiting a reliable Behaviour Manager to support pupils temporarily removed from lessons. The role is based at Queen's Road, Hethersett, NR9 3DB, with a 37-hour week over 5 days and 42 teaching weeks, starting October 2026.
You will supervise students in the Behaviour Room, record observations, liaise with parents, contribute to behaviour policy and line-manage Behaviour Officers, within the Inspiration Trust framework.
Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale F: £26,766 to £29,034 pro-rata per annum (Actual) (£28,598- £31,022 full time/full year equivalent)
Full Time: 37 hours per week over 5 days from Monday to Friday
Working Weeks: 42 weeks
Start Date: October 2026

Hethersett Academy is seeking a reliable, dynamic and responsible person for the role of Behaviour Manager to support students who have been temporarily removed from lessons in the Academy.
You will be someone with good interpersonal skills, empathy, professional ethics, resilience and emotional strength who can foster a safe, inclusive, and structured environment.
Experience of working in a secondary education setting would be an advantage.
