Phoenix Collegiate in West Bromwich is seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Manager to provide a visible presence in the school and to model high standards while proactively guiding students to stay engaged and well-behaved during free time.

You will have experience working with young people in a secondary school or SEMH setting, with skills in conflict management, de-escalation, and restorative practices, and in collaborating with staff to improve behaviour and student engagement.

Formación

• Experience working with young people in a secondary school or SEMH setting.
• Experience of managing conflict, de-escalating challenging behaviour, and applying restorative practices.
• Experience of working collaboratively to positively impact the behaviour and engagement of young people.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a highly visible presence in school to promote positive behaviour.
• Model appropriate behaviour and support student self-regulation.
• Work with staff to implement behaviour and inclusion policies.
