AWD Online is seeking a Behaviour Change Practitioner to support adults and young people in delivering CBT and DBT–informed interventions across community, probation, prison, police and remote settings.
You will work with safeguarding partners, balance empathy with accountability, and contribute to public safety while complying with safeguarding and risk management frameworks. This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

SALARY: £30,240 per annum + Benefits

LOCATION: Hybrid working with both site-based and remote work covering the Thames Valley Region
WORKING HOURS: 37 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday, including one evening session
