New Horizons Primary School is seeking a proactive Behaviour & Support Officer to aid pupils in overcoming barriers to learning and developing positive behaviours.
You will work closely with the SENCo, Behaviour Lead and safeguarding team to provide mentoring, pastoral support and targeted interventions, while promoting attendance, punctuality and well-being.

You will also be comfortable working collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers and external professionals and understand the importance of confidentiality, safeguarding and accurate record keeping. Previous experience of working with children or young people in an education, pastoral, behaviour, SEND or similar setting would be an advantage.
