Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is seeking dedicated entry-level Behavior Assistants and experienced RBTs to join a flexible, part-time team in Greenock.

Work 1:1 with children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA and grow into a full-time role as caseloads expand. Qualifications

• High school diploma; related degrees a plus.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Ability to engage clients during sessions and lift up to 50lbs.
• Experience in ABA therapy, childcare, education or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism using ABA strategies under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed and trained by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data to track client progress using PBS tracking tools.
• Communicate with families and clinical teams to ensure client success.
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings and ongoing training.
