Job summary

Dreams Limited is recruiting for a friendly bed expert to help customers feel at home and find the right mattress. You will welcome customers, understand their needs, and use Sleepmatch technology to advise them with product knowledge.

This role focuses on delivering expert guidance and building trust during every visit. You should be warm, positive and a strong communicator, able to learn, grow and hit targets.

Qualifications

• Warm, positive and naturally great with people.

• Motivated to learn, grow and achieve targets.
• Flexible to work 38.5 hours per week across 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them feel at home while finding the right bed.
• Welcome customers and understand their needs.
• Use Sleepmatch technology and product knowledge to recommend mattresses.
• Offer friendly, expert advice and build trust during each visit.
• Keep the store looking fresh, tidy and inviting.
