The Role You Could Play

Our Therapists play a pivotal role in the business with a mission to become the one clients rave about, delivering exceptional customer service every single day.

You'll work closely with your Clinic Manager and Team Leader to build a highly effective clinic that provides clients with accessible treatments, backed by medical experts.

What you will bring:

• Level 3 in Beauty Therapy - Required
• Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments - Preferred
• Previous experience in laser hair removal is a must
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to carry out skin and laser treatments

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing an empathetic approach to help customers with all queries, skin concerns, and offering suitable solutions
• Delivering individualised skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, and HydraFacial
• Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including support with clinic operations, cleanliness, and hygiene
• Supporting the front desk as required
