Job description

Germaine de Capuccini is loved in over 85 countries for its luxurious treatment journeys and powerful products. We are experts in combining cutting-edge skincare with luxury rituals.

We are looking for a Skin Care Ambassador, ideally situated in the Berkshire region. You must be able to commute to Wokingham.

This role is 82.5 hours per 4-week rota, with mixed shifts between 9am and 8pm, including 2 weekends in 4.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand and its rituals.
2. Deliver daily skincare workshops and treatments, providing high-quality service and product knowledge.
3. Build relationships with customers and team members.
4. Achieve monthly retail targets, lead by example, and run regular incentives.
5. Promote high standards of cleanliness within the department.
6. Ensure stock and brand visual merchandise are well presented at all times.
7. Monitor, rotate, and order stock to meet requirements and achieve targets.
8. Deliver treatments to the highest standards.
9. Act as an ambassador of a global brand.
10. Maintain a daily calendar and monitor/report on activities.
11. Use Microsoft Office and other administrative tools effectively.
12. Assist with customer transactions and maintain hygiene standards in treatment areas.
13. Support the business during industry and customer events as needed.

Experience and Qualifications

1. 1-2 years of experience in the Beauty/Spa/retail industry as a therapist.
2. Experience in fast-paced environments with excellent customer service and skincare product knowledge.
3. Trained as a face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
4. Advanced electrical treatment training is preferred but not essential.
5. NVQ / City and Guild Level 2 with 2 years experience also considered.
6. Proficient with IT, including PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
