Job Description:

Germaine de Capuccini is loved in over 85 countries for its luxurious treatment journeys and powerful products. We are experts in combining cutting-edge skincare with luxury rituals.

We are looking for a Skin Care Ambassador ideally situated in the Berkshire region.

This role is 82.5 hours per 4-week rota.

Mixed shifts between 9am and 8pm, 2 weekends in 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver a thorough understanding of the Germaine de Capuccini brand and its rituals.
• Deliver daily skincare workshops and treatments, providing high-quality service and product knowledge.
• Build relationships with customers and team members.
• Achieve monthly retail targets, lead by example, and run incentives regularly.
• Promote high standards of cleanliness within the department.
• Ensure stock and brand visual merchandise are well presented at all times.
• Monitor stock, rotate, and order to meet requirements and achieve targets.
• Deliver treatments to the highest standards.
• Act as an ambassador of a global brand.
• Maintain a daily calendar, monitor, and report on activities.
• Use Microsoft Office and other administrative tools effectively.
• Assist with customer transactions.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in the treatment environment.
• Be flexible and support business needs as required.
• Support at customer and industry events when applicable.

Experience and qualifications required:

• 1-2 years of experience in the Beauty/Spa/retail industry as a therapist.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, delivering excellent customer service, and skincare product knowledge.
• Trained as a face and body therapist up to NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Advanced electrical treatment training is preferred but not essential.
• NVQ / City and Guild Level 2 with 2 years experience also considered.
• Proficient with IT including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel.

The ideal candidate will love a challenge, be passionate about skincare, and have exceptional communication and presentation skills. They should engage well with customers, be self-motivated, and enjoy teamwork. Adaptability to changing workloads due to the fast-moving beauty industry and luxury brand environment is essential.
