Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based near Manchester (M17 8AS area) to join a field-based team and help launch a new beauty brand in high street stores. You will be responsible for ensuring stands are fully stocked to maximise sales.

Based primarily at Primark Trafford Centre, you will work mornings and support brand activations with practical merchandising and stock management. Inductions start mid-October.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ability to work at pace and fill stands quickly and accurately.
• Own your tasks within set time frames and show initiative to solve problems.
• Take pride in delivering high standards and service for clients.
• Comfortable with moving products from warehouse to shopfloor (manual handling).
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty brands, products and trends.
• Follow merchandising standards, store policies and health and safety guidelines.
• Follow planograms to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for prices and offers.
• Build good relationships with in-store colleagues and store managers.
• Provide accurate feedback to client account teams via feedback app.

eXPD8 have got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the M17 8AS area. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

About the role:

This role will primarily be based within Primark Trafford Centre, M17 8AS

Confirmed working hours: 15

• Monday - 07:00-11:00
• Tuesday - 07:00-10:00
• Thursday - 07:00-11:00
• Friday - 07:00-11:00

This is a trial for a new brand so flexibility on hours and days may be needed. Inductions for this role will commence mid October.

How you'll deliver excellence:

• You will arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensuring as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Follow the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!
