eXPD8 Field Marketing is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser to work at Primark Bournemouth in BH2 5RL. You will join a field-based merchandising team, ensuring stands are stocked and visually appealing to drive sales in a fast-paced high street store.

The role is fixed-term until 28 December 2026, with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate. Working hours total 10 hours per week across early morning shifts Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working to brand guidelines and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Product Placement and Replenishment – organise products on shelves to maximise visibility and stock.
• Beauty Knowledge – learn Health and Beauty brands and trends.
• Compliance and Standards – follow planograms, store policies and health and safety guidance.
• Promotional and POS Setup – set up displays and signage to communicate prices and offers.
• Maintain good relationships with in-store colleagues and report feedback to client teams.

About the Role

Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in Primark Bournemouth in the BH2 5RL area. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a fast-paced high street store. You will be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

Contract type: Fixed term, ends 28 December 2026. There may be opportunity for the right candidate to move to permanent work.

Working hours: 10 hours per week. Monday 06:00-09:00
Tuesday 06:00-09:00
Wednesday 06:00-09:00
Thursday 06:00-09:00
Friday 06:00-10:00

Responsibilities & Duties

• Product Placement and Replenishment – arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal, ensure as much stock as possible is on shelves, monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Beauty Knowledge – become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Compliance and Standards – stick to merchandising standards, store policies, procedures and health and safety guidance, follow and implement planograms where provided.
• Promotional and Point of Sale Setup – set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices, discounts and special offers.
• Strong communication and relationship building – build and maintain good working relationships with in‑store colleagues, particularly department and store managers, and provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams via the feedback application.
