Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the M17 8AS area to join our field-based team, primarily at Primark Trafford Centre to launch a new beauty brand. You'll drive sales by ensuring stands are stocked and visually appealing.

Inductions for this role will commence mid October with hours listed as early mornings. The role may require flexibility during the trial period as we align schedules and coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments.
• Ability to work at pace and fill stands quickly and accurately.
• Good knowledge of health and beauty brands and trends.
• Willingness to move stock from warehouse to shopfloor.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility.
• Ensure stock is out on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder products to avoid shortages.
• Follow merchandising standards and store policies.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for prices and offers.
• Build good relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Provide feedback to client account teams via the feedback tool.

eXPD8 have got an exciting opportunity to join us as a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the M17 8AS area. You will be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, helping launch a new Beauty brand into a high street store. You'll be responsible for driving sales by ensuring the stands are completely full of stock as these brands sell fast!

About The Role

This role will primarily be based within Primark Trafford Centre, M17 8AS

Confirmed working hours: 15

Monday – 07:00-11:00

Tuesday – 07:00-10:00

Thursday – 07:00-11:00

Friday – 07:00-11:00

This is a trial for a new brand so flexibility on hours and days may be needed. Inductions for this role will commence mid October.

How You'll Deliver Excellence

• You will arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensuring as much stock as possible is out on shelves in order to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty, including brands, products and trends.
• Follow the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• Follow and implement planograms, where provided, to ensure consistency and compliance with merchandising standards.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Build and maintain good working relationships with instore colleagues, particularly department and store managers.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback to our client account teams, via our feedback application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
