Boots, home to No7 Beauty Company in Nottingham, seeks an Assistant Product & Ideation Manager to shape the innovation vision and translate trends into compelling product concepts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop world-class products that enhance brand loyalty and drive growth.

In this role, you will turn consumer insights into desirable product truths, manage partnerships with development suppliers in fragrance, packaging and design, and help build an innovation

Qualifications

• Strong strategic foresight and ability to translate trends into product ideas.
• Experience creating compelling briefs and narratives for ideation.
• Proven track record leading suppliers and partners to deliver innovations.
• Ability to translate consumer insights into functional product concepts.

Responsabilités

• Spot emerging trends and translate them into actionable propositions.
• Support ideation opportunities to populate an innovation roadmap.
• Build benchmarking analyses across product and brand touchpoints.
• Translate consumer insights into desirable and feasible product truths.
• Partner with Portfolio Delivery to manage cross-functional meetings and timelines.
• Support selection and management of development partners in fragrance, packaging, design.
