Qualifications

• 2–6 years’ experience in beauty, cosmetics, skincare or wellness product development with end-to-end ownership of multiple projects.
• Strong hands-on experience in formulation and reformulation, benchmarking and claims substantiation.
• Experience with global manufacturers, labs and packaging suppliers, with scale-up and manufacturing knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead Innovation & Portfolio Development for skincare, personal care and cosmetics across markets.
• Manage formulation programmes with partners from brief to production.
• Define product specs, quality standards, and deployment readiness.
