Job Description:

An agency representing a well-known mix of skincare, healthcare, and wellness clients is seeking an Account Director following recent client wins. The agency has a team of 20 producing layered, creative, and SEO-informed work for their brands.

Relevant experience within a PR agency is required.

The team works in the office three days a week.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Mentor, train, and manage juniors
• Develop and execute integrated PR/communications strategies for high-profile accounts across beauty, technology, haircare, and skincare
• Provide strategic counsel and innovative solutions to meet client objectives
• Oversee development and execution of communication strategies integrating digital, print, social media, influencer outreach, PR initiatives, and events
• Offer creative direction for impactful events
• Create activations with key opinion leaders to enhance brand credibility and visibility
• Lead influencer relations campaigns
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and project timelines to ensure timely, within-budget delivery of campaigns
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and cross-selling, contributing to new business pitches and proposals
