Role overview:

We're seeking a Senior Account Director with a strong passion for consumer brands and the expertise to drive success across various consumer accounts.

• Monitoring your client’s industry and reporting significant news
• Growing client relationships through regular consultancy, becoming their go-to contact with clear counsel
• Confidently challenging client opinions and presenting well-informed alternatives when relevant
• Overseeing timely, error-free client reporting (daily, weekly, quarterly) and reviewing processes as needed
• Updating clients on all activities and ensuring the team is prepared with relevant details
• Contributing to monthly meetings and presenting recent successes
• Producing industry-relevant decks and presenting them to the agency
• Counseling clients on the impact of wider news on campaign timings
• Managing client shoots, events, campaigns, and liaising with creative teams and suppliers
• Leading client meetings with clear team ownership
• Managing budget trackers and invoice processing
