Boots UK is seeking an No7 Counter Manager in Harrogate to guide customers through skincare and beauty purchases onsite. You’ll drive sales, mentor your team, and deliver personalised consultations using the latest No7 products, creating authentic connections that keep customers coming back.

You’ll work with the store leadership to plan promotions, maintain a vibrant counter, complete development programs, and represent the No7 brand with enthusiasm.

Formación

• Experience leading a retail or customer service team.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets.
• Passion for makeup, skincare and No7 brand.
• Excellent communication with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to develop through training programs.

Responsabilidades

• Create business plans with regional manager and drive in-store promotions.
• Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets.
• Sell products and provide personalised consultations on skincare and makeup.
• Ensure advisors deliver excellent customer service and build repeat visits.
• Foster a vibrant, supportive store environment and share knowledge.
• Keep counter clean, stocked and presented to showcase the No7 range.
• Complete the 12-month Skin School development programme.
• Represent the No7 brand with enthusiasm.
