Revlon is seeking a passionate Beauty Consultant to join the Elizabeth Arden counter at Boots Bluewater. You will deliver personalised skincare guidance, share expertise, and drive sales in a fast-paced, premium beauty environment.

You will engage customers with demonstrations and tailored recommendations while maintaining counter presentation and collaborating with team members to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role.
• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred.
• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods.

This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Boots, Bluewater.
Hours: 37.5 hours - 5 days a week
