Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser to join our field-based team in the NE11 area, covering Dunston. You’ll ensure beauty stands are fully stocked, set up displays, and drive sales by maximizing visibility for new brands across high street stores.

You'll work on Saturdays and Sundays with evening shifts, and may need flexibility during the trial period as the new brand launches. Training and induction start mid October.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ability to work at pace and manage shelves and displays.
• Comfort with manual handling and using a tablet to view briefs and photos.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure stock is out on shelves to drive sales and monitor levels to avoid shortages.
• Follow planograms and merchandising standards across stores.
• Set up promotional displays and signage communicating prices, discounts and offers.
• Build good relationships with store staff and provide timely feedback to client teams.
