Job summary

eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the Sheffield area. You will join a field-based merchandising team to launch a new beauty brand in high street stores, ensuring stands are fully stocked for customers to shop.

The role is primarily based at Primark Meadowhall with Tuesday and Thursday early shifts. You’ll drive sales through shelving, stock management, and promotional setup while building strong relationships with store staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail environments.
• Ability to work at pace and maintain high standards.
• Comfortable with stock replenishment and product placement.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Place and replenish beauty products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure stands are fully stocked and balanced across shifts.
• Monitor stock levels and order products to avoid shortages.
• Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines for consistency and compliance.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to communicate prices and offers.
• Build good working relationships with store colleagues and managers.
• Provide timely feedback to client account teams via the feedback system.
