Job summary

eXPD8 is seeking a Beauty Retail Merchandiser based in the NE11 area to join our field merchandising team. You will help launch a new beauty brand into high street stores, ensuring stands are fully stocked and displays are engaging.

You will work weekend hours with flexibility, move stock from warehouse to shop floor, follow planograms, and build strong relationships with store colleagues. Inductions start mid October; full training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchandising or retail.
• Ability to work to clear timeframes and take initiative.
• Comfortable with manual handling to move stock.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Ensure stock is on shelves to drive sales.
• Monitor stock levels and reorder to avoid shortages.
• Become an expert on Health and Beauty brands, products and trends.
• Follow merchandising standards, store policies and health and safety guidance.
• Follow planograms to ensure consistency.
• Set up promotional displays and signage for prices, discounts and offers.
• Build relationships with in-store colleagues and managers.
• Provide accurate feedback to client account teams via the feedback app.
