Job summary

TRP RECRUITMENT is seeking a commercially driven Marketing & Business Development Executive to support growth within cosmetics, health and beauty. The role focuses on brand acquisition, relationship building and expanding the company’s network.

You will proactively identify opportunities, leveraging an established beauty industry network to open doors to new brands and retail partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development, commercial marketing or account management in cosmetics/beauty.
• Established network of contacts within the beauty industry.
• Strong understanding of cosmetics retail landscape and market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach new brands, retailers and business partners.
• Leverage industry networks to generate introductions and opportunities.
• Research emerging brands and market trends for expansion.
• Attend meetings with prospective brands and partners to present capabilities.
• Attend industry events to build relationships and generate leads.
• Work with senior management to develop new opportunities.
