Are you passionate about great drinks, great people, and even better vibes? We’re launching a brand-new Beach Bar right on the sea front at the Brighton i360, and we’re looking for dynamic, energetic bartenders to help us create something unforgettable.

We’re talking ocean views, sunset service, and a playlist that never misses. Think laid-back days, electric nights, and cocktails that keep the beach buzzing.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Mixing up crowd-pleasers and signature serves with speed, flair, and personality
• Creating unforgettable guest moments - every shift, every round
• Owning your section with confidence and care
• Working closely with a passionate team to bring the bar’s vibe to life
• Keeping service fast, fun, and freakishly efficient (especially on sunny days)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience behind the bar
• You’re a people person - engaging, energetic, and ready to own your space
• Cool under pressure, always with a smile
