Job summary

Gilcrest Manufacturing Ltd. in the Greater Bristol Area is seeking a BDM Co-ordinator to support the Business Development Manager and sales team. This on-site role covers enquiries, quotations, CRM maintenance, and coordination with internal departments on project needs.

You will help follow up leads, schedule meetings, assist with tender documentation, and contribute to sales reporting and marketing collateral. A proactive, organised candidate will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and administrative skills including CRM management, data entry accuracy and document control.
• Effective communication skills with ability to handle customer enquiries, coordinate with internal teams and write clear emails and reports.
• Basic sales and business development understanding, including lead follow-up, quotation preparation and pipeline tracking.
• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage deadlines and work methodically in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Experience in a sales support, customer service or coordination role is beneficial.
• Knowledge of or interest in cleanroom, controlled environment, or building products sectors is an advantage.
• Relevant education or training in business, administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
