Job summary

CSG Talent is recruiting a Business Development Manager to lead growth across Engineered Solutions, including Blast Resistant Buildings, Offshore Containers, Enclosures and Data Centers, across the UK.

Based in the UK with an ambitious track record in selling to Petrochemical and heavy industries, you will manage high-value bids (£100k to £10m) and develop strategic client relationships, driving the pipeline and securing lucrative opportunities with a long-term career path.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in Business Development or Sales in Engineered Solutions.
• Experience across Blast Resistant Buildings, Offshore Containers, Enclosures or Data Centers is a plus.
• Experience selling to Petrochemical, Nuclear, Oil & Gas sectors is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage UK client relationships and pipeline.
• Identify and convert high-value opportunities (£100k–£10m).
• Collaborate with internal teams to win projects and drive growth.
