Job summary

Trusted Supply is seeking a Business Development Support professional in London to sit at the heart of the commercial team. You will coordinate activity across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Events, ensuring actions and priorities progress and are delivered.

The role requires strong organisation, commercial awareness and the ability to chase senior stakeholders and bring structure to a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in BD support or sales coordination.
• Experience coordinating across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Events.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and multi-team environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activity around priority clients and BD targets.
• Track actions, owners and deadlines; ensure completion.
• Prepare agendas, actions and follow-ups for regular BD meetings.
• Work across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Events to align teams.
• Produce weekly progress updates and flag blockers.
• Support senior BD leaders with calendars and meetings.
